Most visitors to the Bahamas do not need special vaccinations before entering the country. However, travelers over age 1 must provide a YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CERTIFICATE, , if arriving from countries with risk of Yellow Fever transmission such as Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Venezuela. This requirement also applies to travelers having transited more than 12 hours through an airport of a country with risk of Yellow Fever transmission. They must be vaccinated 10 days before entering The Bahamas. Effective January 2014, the Bahamas no longer requires proof of Yellow Fever vaccination as a prerequisite when traveling from Guyana and Suriname. The Yellow Fever Vaccination is NOT a requirement for Cruise Ship passengers. However, passengers on Cruise & Stay Packages (hotel accommodations included) in the Bahamas are required to have the vaccination.

Yes, you will need to have a credit card with you to put down for incidentals at the hotel. The hotel will charge $150 per day to your card for incidentals. If you do not have a credit card, cash will be required as a deposit. Any unused amount will be given back to you upon departure.

When you RSVP through our registration system you will need to let us know your arrival and departure date. We will add your dates to the rooming list and Jeunesse will bill you for any extra dates that you require outside of the group dates. The payment for these extra dates will be coordinated with you directly and will be required prior to you attending the trip.
